They know how (including when and how to engage others) to identify students' different learning styles and ways students learn. This journal entry shows my ability to work with a student with special needs one on one. This episode was especially interesting as this particular student was able to self-motivate to get her assignment done on time. This student usually struggles to complete every day work, and does not seem very motivated. I was very proud to see them take a step forward with my guidance to become a better student, and find a way to motivate themself to complete her work to their best of her capabilities.
